We’re fortunate to have access to nearby walking trails, offering opportunities for walk-and-talk therapy sessions. These sessions integrate the therapeutic benefits of movement and fresh air with the deep work of counseling. Walking side by side can sometimes feel less intimidating than sitting face-to-face, allowing for a more natural flow of conversation and insight. Nature itself becomes a co-therapist, helping regulate your nervous system, calm your mind, and open new perspectives.
